OBITUARY Steven Addiego December 5, 1946 – December 16, 2018 Steve Addiego (12/05/46) passed away 12/16/2018 surrounded by loving family and friends. He was a longtime Houstonian after being raised in Queens, New York. A graduate of Southampton University, Steve and his wife Carol moved to Houston 43 years ago.

The co-founder and owner of G&S Custom Draperies in Houston, he is survived by his wife of 49 years Carol (Bader)Addiego, Son Ross Addiego (Karen), Daughter Jessica McFarlin (Sean) and the lights of his life, his grandchildren Mia, Avery and Sadie McFarlin, Sister-in-law and Brother-in-Law Roni and Sandy Tables, and nieces and nephews, Justin (Marissa) Tables, Danielle Tables, Kim Addiego and Craig (Willaiporn) Addiego, and numerous friends in Houston, particularly within the Interior Design Community who he’s worked side by side with for over 30 years building lifelong friendships. Steve embraced Texas while maintaining his New York persona as a lifelong fan of the Yankees, particularly Micky Mantle and NY Style Pizza. A better husband,father, Potkie or friend would be hard to find.

Steve will be missed and his memory will be cherished by those lucky enough to have known and loved him. A viewing will be held Friday, December 21, 2018, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Earthman Hunters Creek 8303 Katy Freeway Houston, Texas 77024 and the memorial service will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018 10:00 am at the same location. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery at 11:45 am.

Family requests donations to be made to a charity of your choice in Steve’s honor.
