Steven Charles Rogers, age 67, passed away in Council Bluffs, Iowa on January 11, 2019. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on August 15, 1951 to the late Max and Betty (Isbill) Rogers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Dennis Rogers; and brother, Mike Steel.
