Twila Kay Rose, age 81, passed away February 19, 2019 in Council Bluffs. Twila was born October 20, 1937 in Red Oak, Iowa to the late Charles Thomas Fort and Elaine (McIntosh) Fort and graduated from Red Oak High in 1955. She met a farm boy from Missouri and married Wayne Hall in 1956.

Living near Huntsville, Missouri after three years together, Wayne was killed in a truck accident. One month later, twin sons, Tim and Tom were born prematurely, and did not survive.
