Susan is survived by daughters Mindy Middleton, Tanja Potter and Tabatha Bays; her parents, Patrick and Delores; her partner in life Kris Clouse; brothers Patrick John Stephenson, III and Patrick Joseph Stephenson; sisters Irene Brooker, Janet Orcutt and Betsy Parker; nine grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Susan loved spending time in the mountains and on the beach. Arrangements are under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, Florida.
