Susan Dorothy Terry, 72, of Waxahachie passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. Susan was born in Albany New York in 1946. A Memorial Service will be held at Wayne Boze Funeral Home on Monday, May 27th at 6pm followed by visitation.

Susan is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Loy Terry; her daughter, Karen Ensinia, and grandchildren Hannah, Josh, Abby, David & James Ensinia of Waxahachie; her daughter Jennifer Watson, her fiancé Dub Patterson and grandchildren Tyler & Justin Brasfield and Peyton Watson of Mabank; her daughter Laura Stone, husband Brent Stone, and grandchildren Weston & Lane Stone of Kinsgsville; and nieces, Sheri, Brandie, and Raquel and nephew Tre and their families. Susan was an exceptional wife, mother, grandmother & friend. She was a school teacher in the Waxahachie Independent School District for 35 years and touched the lives of many students and their families in our community.

Susan devoted her life to her family and friends. She loved the holidays and the many family traditions that the holidays bring. She was preceded in death by her father, William; mother, Rose; and sister, Barbara.

The family would like to extend heartfelt appreciation to Susan’s dearest friends for their support and prayers.
