Susan Marie Phelps, 62, of Charlotte, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, September 4, 2018. She was born on January 2, 1956 in Corpus Christi, TX, a daughter of the late William Anderson Phelps and Imogene Breecheen Phelps. Susan was a member of the Joy Sunday School Class at Carmel Baptist Church.

She enjoyed crafting, cruising, and camps. A service in celebration of her life will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 8, 2018 in the Chapel of J.B. Tallent Funeral Service with Dr.… Read More » David Dixon officiating. Interment will be private.
