OBITUARY Suzanne Rice Herrmann October 31, 1956 – September 11, 2018 Suzanne “Sam” Herrmann, 61, of Merritt Island, FL passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. Born on Halloween in Evanston, Illinois to Annette and Edward Applequist. She moved to Florida in the 1980s.

She served honorably in the United States Air Force. Sam enjoyed fishing and boating with her husband, Robert “Bob”, and was also a great swimmer. She previously managed an art gallery in Aspen, Colorado as well as a sales representative for her father’s Interior Design company.

She is survived by her parents: Edward and Annette of Richmond, VA; husband of 25 years, Robert Herrmann; and step-son, Michael Herrmann.
