Sylvia S. Nestler, age 83, formerly of Elizabeth Twp. and Clairton, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Southwestern Nursing Center. She was a retired cook for Sisters of St. Francis in Brentwood.

Born March 20, 1936 in Elizabeth Twp. , she was a daughter of the late Charles William and Emma (Marsh) Albrighton. She is survived by her son, John E. (Terry) Nestler of Elkins, WV; grandson, John (Ann) Howard of Elizabeth Twp.

; great-grandson, Ryan Howard; brothers, Bill Albrighton of Port Vue and Jack Albrighton of Bloomfield; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Dorothy Albrighton, Betty Warren, Joan Scheetz and Edward Allen Albrighton. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Monday, April 1, 2019 from 3 until the time of service at 7 PM with Pastor Hal Dangel officiating.
