Louis Smith officiating. Syrederic was born on October 5, 1955 in Jasper, Texas to his parents, Jerry Lewis and Ella Bowman.

He passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019 in the Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville. Left to cherish his memory is his son; Joseph Blake of Leesville, LA. , daughters; LaTisha Johnson of Leesville, LA.
