Obituary for Tami Vander Weele (Elifson) Tami L. Vander Weele, nee Elifson, age 48, beloved wife for 27 years and best friend for 30 years to Joel. Loving mother of Jacob, Samuel and Seth. Devoted daughter of Pastor John and Sue Elifson.

Dearest sister of John E. (Amy) Elifson. Much loved aunt of Maya, Matthew and Olivia. Fond daughter-in-law of Elizabeth and the late Dr. Harold Vander Weele.

Dear sister-in-law and aunt of many. Tami will also be sorely missed by many dear friends. Visitation Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave.

(155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with a Service to Celebrate Tami’s Life and Faith immediately following at 11:00 a.m. Interment Fairmount – Willow Hills Memorial Park, Willow Springs, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials to The Tami Vander Weele Memorial Fund for the boys’ education expenses are appreciated.
