OBITUARY Teena Sue Blanket October 19, 1958 – September 13, 2018 Funeral services for Teena Sue (Teague) Blanket will be held Wednesday, September 19th, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Hulbert First Baptist Church with Brother Nick Pruitt officiating. Teena will be laid to rest at New Hope Cemetery in Hulbert, OK. Online condolences can be left for the family at www.

reedculver.com. Pallbearers for Teena include James Fishinghawk, Steve Luna, Ray Rhoads, Rodney Teague, Larry Paul Blackman and Michael Earp. Honorary pallbearers will be Sid Whitekiller, Johnny Jackson, Jerry Miller, Hogg Brothers and Sergio Capistrano.

Teena Sue (Teague) Blanket was born October 19th, 1958 in Tahlequah, OK, the daughter of Frank and Shirley (McClure) Teague. Teena graduated from Hulbert High School in 1976. She owned and operated an in-home daycare, and she adored the children entrusted to her care.

With her caring heart and her concern for the welfare of children, she continued her career as a paraprofessional for several children. However, her greatest passion in her life was raising her son, Stan Alan, he was her world. She married Titus Blanket July 8th, 1989, and together they shared 30 years of memories.

She possessed a nurturing spirit, was kindhearted and compassionate with the ability to make all those around her feel loved. She passed from this life all too soon on September 13th, 2018 in an accident at the age of 59. She will be greatly missed.

Teena is preceded in death by her daddy, Frank Teague, mother-in-law, Shirley Wing and father-in-law, Lewis Wing. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Titus Blanket, one son, Stan Alan Shade and wife Jessica, and one daughter, Jordan Rhae Towie and husband Dillion. She also leaves her mother, Shirley Teague.

Her legacy lives on through her two granddaughters, Alyvia and Abygail Shade, one sister, Shari Pruitt and husband Jerry, one brother, Frank Alan Teague and wife Julie, a very special nephew, Colton Jenkins, and one sister-in-law, Valeria Jenkins. Also surviving her include nephews and nieces, Chris Jenkins and wife Kacee, Nick Pruitt and wife Terri, Jake Pruitt and wife Nikky, Lindsey Kilpatrick and husband Brandon, Trey Teague and Calan Teague, one aunt, Chris Turney, one uncle, Lonnie McClure and fiancé Kathy Carey as well as many children she has cared for in her lifetime and a host of extended family and friends.
