He is survived by his wife, Maria Guadalupe de Luna Garcia also by his children, Rafael Eleazar Garcia, Juan Manuel Garcia, Teodoro Garcia Jr., Adriana de Luna. He is also survived by his brothers, Enrique Garcia, Eudiuijes Garcia, and his sister, Maria Luisa Carrizales, also by his 19 grand-children. Viewing days and times: Friday June 8, 2018 From: 11.
