Obituary for Terrance R. Comiskey Terrance R. Comiskey, 70 of Eltingville passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 9, 2018, at home. Born Thursday, October 28, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York, and one of 13 children, he was the son of the late Patrick Comiskey and the late Caroline Dochnahl Comiskey. Terrance a Construction Worker by trade, now retired, relished his free time building and fixing things around the house.

He was avid Boxing fan, and food connoisseur ( especially Devil Dogs), Terrance looked forward to fishing trips with his brother Patrick , as well as trips to Atlantic City with Evelyn, his wife. But more than anything, Terrance lived for his grandchildren, visits to the park and keeping an eye on them in the mornings were his most favorite times shared together, every moment together a special one. He was the beloved husband of 50 years to Evelyn (Alfano) Comiskey.

Loving father of Kelly Comiskey and Jessica Finkelstein. Adored father in law of Keith Finkelstein. Dear brother of Louise and Patrick and a host of nieces, nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:00 AM on Thursday at Holy Child Church located at 4747 Amboy Road Staten Island, New York 10312. Interment will follow in Moravian Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, New York.
