Terry’s Obituary Terry L. Parkins, 72, of Findlay, Ohio passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay, Ohio Terry was born in Sandusky, Ohio to the late Charles and Virginia (Jennings) Parkins. He married the love of his life Karen Ruppright on September 24, 1967 in the Mt. Cory United Methodist Church and she survives in Findlay.

Also surviving are his two daughters: Theresa Parkins and Barbara (Ian) Sidaway of Findlay, granddaughter Kaeleigh Sidaway, sisters: Sister Mary Angela, Connie Serin and Mary (Ross) Breitigan and a brother Dennis (Virginia) Parkins. He was preceded in death by a brother Jerry Parkins. Terry worked at Ball Corporation retiring after 30 years of service.

Terry also owned Parkins Asphalt Sealing. Terry was a member of the Findlay F & AM Lodge #227 and enjoyed camping and boating at Indian Lake. In Terry’s spare time, he enjoyed working in his shop ,doing fabrication and welding as well as going to the casino.

Most importantly, Terry loved his family, especially his granddaughter Kaeleigh who was his pride and joy. Visitation for Terry will be on Friday, March 15, 2019 from 4-8 PM in the HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME, 201 Osborn Ave. , Findlay, Ohio 45840, where a Masonic Service will be held at 7:30PM.

Terry’s Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME. Memorial contributions may be gifted in Terry’s honor to the Shriners Children’s Hospital, 2900 North Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, Florida, 33607 or to Bridge Hospice, 15100 Birchaven, Findlay, Ohio 45840. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff of Bridge Hospice for the exceptional care they gave to Terry.
