Terry’s Obituary Terry Lee Shaw, age 80, of Hobart, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019. He was born in Gary, Indiana to the late Harold and Verna Shaw. He was a 1956 graduate of Hobart High School.

Terry proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. On June 21, 1958, in Biloxi, Mississippi, he married Patricia Toering. Terry retired from American Maize where he worked as a Foreman.

He was a Ham Radio Operator and enjoyed camping and fishing in his free-time. Above all, he loved his family and cherished family vacations and making doll houses for his granddaughters. He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia Shaw; daughters, Becky (Randy) Robbins, Wendy (Brian) Bravard, Sandra St. Amour; son, Terry (Dana) Shaw; grandchildren, Brad (Jen) Caughron, Cale (Nicole) Bolinger, Richelle (Jared) Davies, Kevin (Maya) Hinkle, Sydney (Devin) Fitch, Bailey (Joey) Blake, Ali (Zachary) Snively, Samantha (Colton) Bravard, Gabriel Bravard, Lillian Bravard, Alex Criswell, Michael (Sarah) Criswell, Hannah Neuberg; 10 great grandchildren; and sister, Janet Shaw.

A funeral service for Terry will take place Friday, March 8, 2019 at 12:30 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart. He will be laid to rest at McCool Cemetery in Portage. Visitation will be held Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
