Mr. Theodore Ruffin age 69 of 2918 Cliffdale Road Fayetteville, NC departed this life on June 14, 2018. He was the General Manager of K & W Restaurant. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 21st at 2:00 PM in the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel.

Burial will follow in the Rockfish Memorial Park. He is survived by: wife, Ann; children, Willie Mitchell, Barbara Williams, Kendra Dewberry, Capricia Mathews, and Jeffery Mathews; brother, Frank Ruffin, Jr.; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. There will be a viewing on Wednesday, June 20th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Wiseman Mortuary; the family will receive friends at the home.
