OBITUARY Theresa Ann Hatt August 19, 1949 – October 30, 2018 Theresa Ann Hatt, 69, of Byhalia, MS, died October 30, 2018 at her home. “Mama Hatt,” as she was affectionately known, was a selfless person who did her best to care for all those in need. She adored her grandchildren and in her sight, they could do no wrong.

She will be greatly missed. Ms. Hatt was preceded in death by her parents, James Owen Rich and Martha Louise Rich and two brothers, Marshall Allen Rich and James Harold Rich. She is survived by her children, Leah Renee Childers (Tom) and Rebecca Juliette Bloomer (Scott), one sister, Althea June Gross, one brother, Tony Randall Rich, five grandchildren, Caleb Chase Bloomer, Ambriehl Cheyenne Bloomer, Taylor Alexis Bloomer, Oliver Lane Childers, and Owen Veto Childers, as well as many “adopted” children and grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Saturday November 3, 2018 from 1pm until the funeral service begins at 2pm, all at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting www. brantleyfuneral.com.
