Obituary for Theresa J. Kingston Print Theresa J. (Collina) Kingston, age 84 of Philadelphia passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Holy Redeemer Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Theresa was a true fighter throughout her life and displayed that true grit, by never wanting to give up and always staying strong for her family. She was a lover of all animals, especially her two cats Jilly and Jake.
Theresa enjoyed taking care of her home, whether it was cooking, gardening or woodworking, she was a true inspiration to her family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years, Thomas F. Kingston. Theresa will be sadly missed by her loving daughter Lisa Kingston; 2 Granddaughters: Gia DeGennaro and Ashley Vogt (Eddie); 2 great granddaughters: Marina and Angelina; Nephew: George Seymour (Cynthia) and her niece: Edie O’Donnell (John).
She was preceded in death by her daughter Debra Kingston-Terry. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing, Thursday from 9 to 10:30 AM at St. Christopher’s Church, 13301 Proctor Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19116, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Rite of Committal Resurrection Cemetery.
