Theresa was a member of the Morgan Mill Church of Christ. Survivors include parents Larry Mullins and Shirley (Koiner) Mullins of Stephenville; daughter Brittany Mullins and son Travis Mullins of Stephenville; grandson Syhler Lynn Mullins, brother Bruce Mullins and wife Sherry of Mansfield, sister Carla (Mullins) Wilkins of Missouri; brother Jeff Mullins and wife Jackie of Stephenville, and closest friend, Randy Hunt of Morgan Mill. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
