Tell City, Indiana Thomas Daniel Joseph Plock Sims, 6, passed away December 28, 2018, along with his sisters, Danielle and Roseanna. He was born in Jasper, Indiana on May 29, 2012 to Tom Sims and Selina Plock Applegate. Thomas was in kindergarten at William Tell Elementary.

He enjoyed going to school, riding his bike, and playing with his toys. He also liked to spend time with his dad and older brother, Danny. He is survived by his father, Tom Sims and his mother, Selina Plock Applegate (Daniel); brothers, Tre Bland, Johnathan and Danny Sims and a sister, Jasmine Sims; step grandparents, Roger and Linda Applegate; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceding him in death was his grandparents, Margie and Warren Sims and George and JoAnne Plock. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM CST Monday, December 31, 2018 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Pastor Charles Areson and Pastor Billy Lain will officiate.

Burial will follow in Chestnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00-6:00 PM and Monday 9:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
