Thomas’ Obituary Thomas F. Horvat was born June 30, 1962 to the late Gloria and James Horvat . Thomas was a member of Glen Burnie United Methodist Church, and a resident at Bello Machre in Glen Burnie for the past 17 years. Since childhood he attended the day program at Providence Center where he worked in horticulture and in the wood shop.

He was in a bowling league and played softball through the handicapped athletic program, participated in boy scouts, and competed in track and field events in the special olympics. Left to cherish his memory are his sisters Donna Johnston and Eileen Cullember of North Carolina, Vicky Mallet and husband Lou of Milton, DE, nephew Michael Mallet and his wife Kathy, nieces Melissa Squier and her husband Scott, Amanda Bogan and her husband Nick, and Meagan Mallet, and numerous other nieces and nephews. Thomas passed away May 11, 2019 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

He is remembered as a kind man with a heart of gold, and will be missed by all who knew him.
