Thomas Franklin Hutchinson, III. , 49, of New Windsor, passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at his home. Born March 5, 1969 in Mississippi, he was the son of Thomas Franklin Hutchinson, Jr., and the late Rebekah Sue Mahaffey Hutchinson.

Tom was a man of many interests. He loved family, baseball, politics, reading and sharing his knowledge of history and the Bible, and most especially his cats. The family will welcome friends on Monday, January 7, 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm.
