Mr. Thomas Lee Martin, age 63, of Chatsworth, passed away on Thursday, October 18. Mr. Thomas was retired from the U. S. Navy. He is preceded in death by his parents: Carl and Ana Mae Johnson and a brother: Scott Johnson.

He is survived by daughter and son in law: Davina and Wesley McDonell of Chatsworth, son, and daughter in law: Thomas Lee Martin, Jr and Amber Bates of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, brothers: Paul Johnson of Monon, Indiana and Carl Johnson, Jr. of Monticello, IN. Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews also survive. Arrangements made with integrity by Shawn Chapman Funeral Home, and Crematory.
