Thomas Mitchell Allen, age 53, of Rome passed away Wednesday May 15, 2019 at a local hospital. Mr. Allen was born on November 20, 1965 to the late Luther Thomas Allen and Imogene Hardin Allen. He was preceded in death by brother: Tony Allen; sister: Melinda Sanchez.

Survivors include brothers: Tim (Nancy) Allen, of Cedar Bluff AL, Jimbo (Sandra) Allen, of Kingston; sisters: Debra Davis, of Centre AL, Diane (Dennis) Grimes, of Cedartown, Tina Ellison, of Rome; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday May 18, 2019 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, with Rev. Jeremy Nicholes, officiating.

Interment will follow in Pleasant Hope Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until service hour on Saturday May 18, 2019 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, GA.
