Thomas W. Boulware Funeral services for Thomas Boulware will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 30, 2018 at the Skiatook Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Mitch Leonard officiating. Interment will follow in the Pawhuska City Cemetery under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home. Thomas Boulware, age 74, of Skiatook passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018 in Tulsa.

Thomas was born October 25, 1943 in Waldo, Arkansas to Forest Eugene and Liwana (Wise) Boulware. Thomas married Helen Louise Dicus on May 28, 2015 making their home in Skiatook. Thomas was employed with Oklahoma Fixtures where he was a carpenter and was a truck driver and a home builder.

Thomas liked fishing and woodworking. Thomas attended the Skiatook Free Will Baptist Church. Thomas was preceded in death by his mother and father, one brother and one grandson.

Thomas is survived by his wife: Helen, four children: Janet Martin, Tommy W. Boulware, Lori Bias and Penny Boulware, step-children: Donna Dirickson, Robby Watson, Freda Towe, carol Kleck, Chris Harper and Robert Harper, two sisters: Aletha Rice and Peggy Sweeten, sister-in-law: Sue Boulware, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. The family of Thomas Boulware entrusted his care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
