Tim Hayes Royal, age 79, of 459 Berkshire Drive, Danville, VA passed away Friday, November 30, 2018 at Sovah, Danville, Va. He was born October 31, 1939 in Roanoke Rapids, NC to the late Etha Orris Beale Royal and the late Floyd Royal. Tim was married to the late Jon Youngblood.

For over 35 years Tim was a chef while living in Oregon and San Francisco. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Tim loved his family dearly and also loved his two special cats.

He is survived by two nephews,… Read More » William R. Jamison III and wife Jennifer and Joseph E. Jamison, both of Danville. He is also survived by two great nephews and one great niece. In addition to his parents and spouse, Tim was predeceased by a sister, Aleata Darlene Jamison and a niece Amanda Darlene Jamison.
