Obituary for Timothy L. Pemberton Timothy L. Pemberton, 61, of Orleans, passed away at 9:45 AM on Friday, September 21, 2018 at his home. He was born April 5, 1957 in Bedford, IN, the son of Cecil and Janet “Peggy” (James) Pemberton. He married Kathy Knight on August 16, 1995 and she survives.

He was employed at French Lick Resort and previously employed at Es in Orleans for many years. He graduated from Mitchell High School. He is survived by his wife of Orleans; father of Mitchell; two daughters, Tannya James of Loogootee and Tristda Cook (Caleb) of Orleans; one step son, Andrew Evans of Orleans; thirteen grandchildren; three brothers, Randy, Kevin and Brian Pemberton.

He was preceded in death by his mother; one son, Timothy and one grandson, Lochlan. The funeral will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the Ochs-Tetrick Funeral Home in Orleans with Pastor Thomas Bostic officiating. Burial will follow in Mitchell Cemetery, Mitchell.
