OBITUARY Tom W. “TJ” Jenkins August 29, 1935 – January 13, 2019 Play Tribute Movie Tom W. “TJ” Jenkins, 83, passed away peacefully January 13, 2019. Born in Wilkes Barre, PA to John and Alberta Jenkins. TJ served in the Air Force before continuing to serve in the AirNational Guard.

He worked with GTE for 30 years before retiring in 1993. TJ then worked at Canterbury Green Apartments for 20 years. He enjoyed building bird houses and had a knack for fixing anything and everything.

TJ was member of East Allen County Church of Christ in New Haven. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Peggy Ann Jenkins, Fort Wayne, children, Ward (Angie) Jenkins of Clermont, FL, Thomas (Kari) Jenkins of Hilliard, OH, Cyndi (Steve) Knight of Fort Wayne, grandchildren, Chay (Lindsay) Jenkins, Ashlee (Todd) Jenkins, Tyler Jenkins, and Reid Morris, step-granchildren, Marcus (Kristen) Feckley, Morgan Black, Curtis (Courtney) Knight, Kyle Knight, great grandchildren, Maeve and Baylor Jenkins, step- great grandchildren, Cydni, Lucas, and Chloe Feckley, Ember Knight. He was preceded in death by parents and sister, Shirley Nicastro.

Funeral Service will be Saturday January 19, 2019 at 1 pm at D.O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park- Maplecrest Rd. with calling two hours prior. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to East Allen County Church of Christ.
