OBITUARY Larry Sordelet November 24, 1945 – January 16, 2019 Larry Sordelet, 73 of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. Born on November 24, 1945 in Huntertown, IN, he was a son of the late Alfred and Hilda Sordelet. He was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, and retired from GE after 40 years.

Larry was very passionate about basketball and enjoyed both playing and watching it. He is survived by his sons; Steve (Raquel) Hanic, Chad Hanic, Nick (Ashley) Sordelet, and Timothy R. Sordelet; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca “Nita” Sordelet; son, Jon Sordelet; and five brothers.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, January 21, 2019 at St. Charles Catholic Church, 4916 Trier Rd. , Fort Wayne, IN with calling one hour prior. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 20, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 at Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46835.
