Monday, February 11, 2019 at Henninger~Hinson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jeff Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Toyoko was born October 25, 1932 in Fukuoka, Japan to Ituhiko and Hiroko (Yamauti) Inuzuka and passed away February 7, 2019 in Enid.

On January 14, 1983, she married Bobby Failing at the Vance Air Force Base Chapel in Enid where the couple made their home. Toyoko enjoyed fishing, bingo and going to casinos but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and will be deeply missed.

Toyoko is survived by her husband; children, Barbara Prock and husband, Lyle of Garber; Jack Moore of Enid; James Moore and wife, Ae Cha of Las Vegas, NV; Jay Moore and wife, Sharon of Enid; Linda Miller and husband; Jeff of Sacramento, CA; friend and caregiver, Tara Hutson of Enid and twelve grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. Memorials may be made to Valir Hospice with the Funeral Home acting as custodian of the fund.
