Obituary Troy A. Divan, 47, of East Dundee, formerly of Rockford, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019, in his home after a short illness. Born July 18, 1971, in Rockford, the son of Robert and Peggy (Ennis) Divan. Troy attended West High School.

Troy always had many friends. He enjoyed playing cards and racing BMX bikes.
