Carter, loving grandmothers Louise Bannister, NY, NY, Louise Jones, Hampton, VA.

brother Phillip Carter and aunt Brenda McCloud. Left to cherish his memory is the love of his life, Courtney Banks of Phoenix, Arizona, his mother Linda M. Carter of Hampton, VA. sister Belita Carter-Paige, Atlanta, GA.

Theresa Carter of Bogata, Spain, brother Tyler Carter, Philadelphia, PA. , nephew Jayzon Carter, niece Imani Carter both of Hampton, VA. , and his aunts Patricia Davis (Leroy) Mesa, Arizona and Willa Jones, Washington, D.C., Tyrone also leaves his godmother, Rhea Foggie, godsister Sha Foggie and god brother Jamal Foggie and his Marine and Pats Nation and Gaming buddies.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on January 8, 2019, 11:00 a.m. at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel. The family would like to acknowledge all those who reached out during this time.
