Tyrone “Tony” Russell Phillips February 13, 1942 – March 10, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Mr. Tyrone “Tony” Russell Phillips, age 77, of Soperton passed away at Select Specialties Hospital in Savannah on Sunday morning, March 10, 2019. Mr. Phillips was the son of the late Howell Russell Phillips and Jimmy Bland Burger Phillips. He was a Veteran of the U. S. Navy from where he retired with nineteen years of active duty in 1979.
