V. Carol Livingston, 89, of Steubenville died Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Weirton Medical Center. She was born August 19, 1929 in Steubenville the daughter of the late John and B. Ida Ball Garrison. Preceded also in death by a sister Dorothy Weld.

She was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church, Steubenville and ECW church women. She was a graduate Steubenville High School class of 1947 and was an active member of the Dip n Dive Square Dance group of over 25 years and a homemaker. She is survived by her husband James M. “Liv” Livingston, son David (Cynthia) Livingston of Steubenville, daughter Debra Rowe of Cincinnati; six grandchildren Sara (Jason) Nance, Candell (Patrick) Looman, Darak (Trisha) Livingston, Brandon, Kristie and Kyle Rowe; and six great- grandchildren.

Private family services will be held Monday at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville. Sharon Van Dam officiating with entombment to follow at Union Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to St. Paul Episcopal Church, 415 Adams St, Steubenville, Ohio 43952.
