Obituary for Velva I. Johnson JOHNSON Velva I. (nee Ison) age 85, resident of Batavia. Wife of the late Donald W. Johnson (Jan. 29, 2009).

Loving mother of Karen Eads and Wayne (Meri) Johnson. Daughter of the late Sherman and Mae Ferguson Ison. Dear sister of Ralph (Lois) Ison, Alton (Patricia) Ison and the late Ivory (Eugene) Bailey, Ruth (Ralph) Lavender, Mabel (surviving husband James) Eskridge and Homer (Betty) Ison.

Grandmother of Korey Eads and Great-Grandmother of Keegan Eads. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Velva worked for many years as a clerk for the Clermont County Probate Court.

Family will receive friends Saturday, December 29th, from 10 AM until 12 Noon service at Moore Family Funeral Home, 225 Spring Street, Batavia. Interment in Batavia Union Cemetery. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Velva I. Johnson please visit our Sympathy Store.
