Vernon Hardison, 80, of Kinston passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. He was a loving father and grandfather. Vernon loved spending time with his grandkids and gardening.

He was a member of the Deaf Club, was loved by all and will be missed by many. Vernon is survived by his daughters Wendy Bednarz and husband Joseph, Debbie Aguilar and husband Jose and Jennifer Hardison and husband Tommy; son Timmy Hardison; grandchildren John Aguilar, Christy Augilar, Thomas Hardison, Michael Bednarz, Joseph Bednarz and Isabella Bednarz. A private graveside service will be held.
