Vernon’s Obituary Vernon Wesley Hulse return to his heavenly father on May 25th 2019 in his granddaughters home of natural causes. He was born on December 28th 1923 to Joseph William and Charlotte Hulse Vern graduated Preston high school and joined the Marines on September 16th 1942 until his honorable discharge on May of 1944. He was married to Norma Schofield on July 30th 1945 in Oakland California and and was solemnized in the salt lake Temple in 1954.

He worked at the Navy base and Hill Air Force Base and retired at the age of 49. He also worked at Hess pumice and Thikol where he retired again and enjoyed his days on his farm and Samaria Idaho. His wife passed away in 2002 and he was later married to Lavonia Hulse.

He is survived by his wife Lavonia Hulse, his three daughters Linda Hildreth, Lavern Pollett and (Micheal) Sandra Sands. One sister Charlotte Hulse, 13 grandchildren 35 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren he is preceded by death by his mother and father, his wife Norma, 5 sisters and 1 brother and his great great grandson. We want to put a special thanks out there to Brenda his hospice nurse.

You were wonderful and a rock for all of us. You are a strong wonderful man and we love you so much and will miss you forever. Fly Free.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 3 at 10 a.m. in the Horsley Funeral Home, 132 W. 300 N. Malad, Idaho. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home foe one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in the Samaria Cemetery.
