Spence, 96 of San Francisco passed away on December 30, 2018. She was born March 30, 1922 in Burlingame, California. She enjoyed knitting and cake decorating.

She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary Unit 347 and the American Legion 8/40. She is survived by her son, Raymond Anselmi and daughter, Michele Tarkington; grandsons, Anthony Anselmi and Keith Tarkington; granddaughters, Sheri Anselmi and Renee Rosa; great grandchildren, Jody and River Ray Anselmi, Maisy Regalado, Jacob Nicholas, Rebecca Rosa and Alani Tarkington; also her brother, William Del Palacio. A Chapel service followed by a graveside interment will take place on Monday, January 14, 2019 at Olivet Memorial Park Cemetery, 1601 Hillside Blvd.
