Guerra 68, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at The University of Texas MD Anderson Center in Houston, Texas. Mr. Guerra is preceded in death by his parents, Onofre and Aurora Guerra and sisters, Christina Guerra and Blanca Estela Guerra. Mr. Guerra is survived by his wife, Maria R. Guerra; son, Victor J. (Dulce) Guerra; daughters, Yessenia (Luis) Arambula, Elaine Guerra; grandchildren, Victor J. Guerra, Leroy Chavera, Elroy Chavera, Troy Chavera, Luis A. Arambula, Gerardo Y. Arambula, Karyme A. Arambula, Arturo Guerra; brothers, Gerardo (Marilyn) Guerra, Onofre Guerra, Miguel (Elsie) Guerra; sisters, Noemi Jaramillo, Mary Ann (Anibal) Escobar, Sandra (Desiderio) Guerra, Norma (Beto) Garza and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home. The funeral procession will depart on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Saint Peter Mission in Lopeño, Texas. Committal services will follow at Lopeño Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
