Victoria “Tori” Kelso Kennedy passed on June 14, 2018 in Flagstaff Arizona resulting from complications with epilepsy. She was born in Boulder, Colorado on December 19, 1994 to Colburn and Susan Kennedy of Las Vegas, NV. While growing up Tori lived in Louisville, CO, Springboro, OH, Richland, WA, Knoxville, TN, and Las Vegas, NV.

At each location, Tori established close relationships with her pleasing and outgoing personality that was admired by many. Tori’s impact on others was reflected on her Facebook site where numerous gracious comments and thoughts were provided by friends and family on how Tori positively impacted their lives. Tori was a full-time student at Northern Arizona University majoring in Business Administration and Marketing.

She was completing her summer classes in anticipation of a fall semester graduation. She was an outgoing person with a beautiful smile that greeted everyone she met. She loved her friends, family and was always making new friends in whatever activity she was involved in.

She was a gracious person who wanted to make others “happy” and enjoy life to the fullest. Tori had many hobbies which included camping, off road motoring, fishing, traveling, social networking, watching sporting events along with playing many sports. Tori is preceded by her death of her grandparents; Arthur and Travis Kennedy of Oak Harbor, WA, William & Mary Ann Kelso of Kennewick, WA.

Survivors are; Aunts: Kay Bailey of Long Beach, CA, Robyn Kelso-Weatherly of Kennewick, WA, Myrtle Heller of Mt. Vernon, WA, Soon Kennedy of Oak Harbor, WA, Millie Kelso of Marcela, OR, Tamara Cellers, Springfield, OR. Uncles: Leonard Kennedy of Oak Harbor, WA, William Kelso, Marcela, OR, Leonard Heller of Mt.

Vernon, Gary Weatherly of Kennewick, WA. Tori had many cousins in Washington State and Oregon that she enjoyed. Bobbi Ann and Tom George, Paul Kennedy, David and Carolyn Heller, Charlotte and Joe Elliot, Mike and Melissa Heller, Tom and Katie Heller, Bill and Kandice Kelso, Heidi Kelso, Robert Kelso, Jarod Weatherly, Nontani Weatherly.

Family wishes are simple, please tell your family and friends you love them on a more frequent basis. Our baby girl, Victoria Kelso Kennedy is a special person and was taken too early in life. A memorial service will be held Friday, October 12, 2018 at 3:30 pm at Lozano’s Flagstaff Mortuary, 2545 N. Fourth St., Flagstaff, Arizona.

A reception will follow at Little America Hotel, 2515 E. Butler Avenue from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
