Victoria L. Gilbert, Jamestown, KS, passed away August 22nd, 2018, at Mount Joseph Senior Village at the age of 83. She was born January 13, 1935 in Concordia, KS. She is the daughter of Victor and Agnes (Thyfault) Tatro.

She is survived by 2 sons, Matt Gilbert and wife Lynne of Jamestown, KS and Ben Gilbert, Jamestown, and 1 daughter Carol Ann Saint, Concordia. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, brother Robert E. Tatro and his wife Madelyn of Ellsworth, KS, and sister Lena Mae Webster and her husband Lester of Beloit, KS. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Gilbert II, sons Carl Dean Gilbert and Joseph Gilbert III, daughter Leta Jean Burks, parents, brothers Victor Tatro Jr., Leonard Tatro, Edward Tatro, and Franklin, her sisters Margaret Mettler, Emiline Johnson, Charlotte Gilbert, and Clara Rose Thorpe, and 2 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held at the Jamestown Methodist Church, Saturday, September 8 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Randy Whitley officiating. Visitation will be Friday September 7th, 2018 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM all at Nutter Mortuary. Memorial Contributions suggested to the Jamestown Methodist Church.
