Victoria Lee Floyd, Oklahoma City resident, passed away April 18, 2019 at Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City at the age of 65. She was born December 27, 1953 in Oklahoma City to Leroy Wellmaker and Vernie (Paukune). Victoria was a cosmetologist and a beauty queen.

She loved shopping, gardening and spending time and having fun with family and friends. She was a wonderful mother of two and grandmother of three and loved everyone endlessly. Victoria is preceded in death by her father, Leroy Wellmaker and brother, Roy Wellmaker.

She is survived by her spouse, Ralph “Tony” Scarlett; daughter, Carly Scarlett; son, Ronnie Floyd; her mother, Vernie Woodard; sisters, Verna Daniels and Jacqueline Bayliss; brother, Wesley Wellmaker; grandchildren, Paul Scarlett, Ayianna Rowell, and Cheyenne Rowell and also by every friend of her children’s and their kids as well. Her charisma and beauty will always be missed but, never forgotten.
