Obituary for Vincent F. Trejo Vincent “Vince” Trejo, born in Houston TX on Nov 6, 1937 died peacefully in his home on May 1, 2018. Vince served our country for 20 years in the Air Force as a meteorologist and retired in 1976. Returning to Houston, he received a bachelor of science in technology from the University of Houston and worked for Jacobs Engineering at Rohm and Haas for 23 years.

Vince was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. When he wasn’t working, he dedicated all his free time to his family. Preceded in death by: Father, Joseph Trejo; Mother, Elvira Trejo; Brother, Joe Trejo; Brother-in-law, Andrew Torres; Brother-in-law, Jesse Olmos.

Survived by his wife of 56 years, Ute Trejo; Siblings: Lenora Torres, Vera and Ralph Vasquez Martha Olmos and Angie Trejo; Children: Louis J. Trejo and Tina Herrington. Grandkids: Chris Trejo, Meagan Herrington Novak, Louis F. Trejo, Cory Herrington, Michelle Trejo, Vincent J. Trejo, Joey Legitt; and 7 great-grand kids. Services will be held at St. Patrick’s Church, 4918 Cochran ST.

, Houston TX 77009 on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 10:00a. m, followed by a ceremony at The National Memorial Cemetery on May 17th at 10:30am. All services are under the care of Morales Funeral Home.
