Obituary for Vincenza N. Cuccia Vincenza Cuccia of Pleasant Plains, passed away on November 1, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family. A proud homemaker, Vincenza resided in Brooklyn most of her life before moving to Staten Island in 1986. She first lived in Charleston with her late husband of 64 years, Giuseppe, who passed away in 2014.

They later moved to Pleasant Plains. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, puzzle books, cooking and most importantly spending time with her family. She was loved by all and will truly be missed.

Vincenza is survived by his her son Vincent and daughter Maria Settineri. She was a loving grandmother of Elena, Carlo, Vincent and Lance. Cherished grandmother of Cassandra, Katya and Nicholas.

She was a dear mother-in-law of Frances Cuccia and Carlo Settineri. The family will receive friends from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday at the John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church, Rossville.
