OBITUARY Virginia A. (Nale) Everdon January 28, 1933 – August 29, 2018 Virginia A. (Nale) Everdon, 85, died peacefully Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at the home of her daughter, Leigh, in Henryville, Indiana. The daughter of the late Waldon Emerson and Catherine Sprigler Nale, Virginia was born January 28, 1933 in New Albany. She was a Registered Nurse and had worked at Floyd Memorial Hospital where she was the recipient of the Care Award.

Virginia was member of the L.I.F.T. Group and loved to travel. A wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend, she was an inspiration to many and will be dearly missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald C. Everdon; and son, Garrett P. Everdon. Survivors include her children, Leigh A. Perryman (Edward), Donald B. Everdon (Rosa), Keith T. Everdon, and Diana K. Kaufer (Tom); grandchildren, Chris, Sarah (Remon), Ryan (Lauren), Michael, Christopher, and Katie; and great grandchildren, Charlee Mae, Oliver, and Max. It was her wish to be cremated.

A Celebration of Virginia’s Life will be 3 pm ~ 8 pm Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany. She will be interred next to her husband at Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery at a later date. Online condolences may be made to www.
