Virginia Ann Durbin, 68, of Traverse City passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Munson Medical Center. Virginia was born on April 5, 1951 in Mount Clemens, Michigan to the late Walter and Violet (Lawrence) Brendle. She married Jeffery Durbin on April 24, 1993.

She was a faithful member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Virginia had been employed with Lear Corporation, she was also a cashier at Wal-Mart and Target. She dearly loved her grandchildren.

She was an avid reader and loved to pray. Virginia is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Jeff, two daughters and two sons; Laurie (Jayson) Graves, Mark Allen, Ed Allen and Carrie Allen. Also surviving are three grandchildren; Chaz Allen, Lani Allen and Samantha Violet Graves as well as a sister, Joan (Al) Clement.

She was preceded in death by a sister; Faye Brendle. A Funeral Service honoring Virginia will take place at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home. Fr.

Fr. Kenneth Stachnik will officiate. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider and memorial donation to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
