Obituary Virginia I. Ginny Milliken Morgan, 88, of Follansbee WV died peacefully on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Golden Oak Personal Care. Born on June 29, 1930 in Majorsville, WV a daughter of the late Fogle F. and Beulah B.M. (Whiteman) Milliken. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by the love of her life her husband, Charles Morgan, a brother, Robert (Martha) Milliken, and four sisters, Katherine (Earl) Bowman, Melva Mae Lohr, Mary Ellen (Ponzi) Leoni, and Irma Vorhees.
