Surviving: Husband; James Shepard of the home, Daughter; Angela Davis of Raleigh, Siblings; Mary Hinton of Wake Forest and Robert Lee Harris of Raleigh, two grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
