Virginia (Shaw) Owen, 70, of Magnolia, AR passed away Friday, May 10, 2019 at the Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. Virginia was born July 5, 1948 in Magnolia to the late June Moody and Virgie Lee (Christie) Shaw. Virginia was a graduate of Magnolia High School and was a lifelong faithful member of the Asbury United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles Tillman Owen, Jr., and brother Bobby Shaw. She is survived by her sister Linda Sullivan of Jefferson City, MO and a host of nephews, nieces, and friends. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the Frazier Cemetery with Rev.

David Moore officiating under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions are sent to Asbury United Methodist Church, 1300 East University St., Magnolia, AR 71753.
