Walter Dean Wolfe, 74, of Williamstown, died Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. Walter was born March 26, 1944 in Parkersburg, WV to Granville and Nellie Wolfe. He was very dedicated to the military, serving 6 years in the Army Reserve and then 26 years in the Air National Guard.

Following that, he worked 34 years at Fenton Art Glass. He married Mary Witt on November 23, 1966. Walter loved fishing and hunting.

He loved his sons and his grandkids. Walter will be deeply missed by his wife Mary Wolfe; sons George (Robin) Wolfe, Paul Wolfe, Aaron (Kathy) Wolfe and Danny Wolfe; grandchildren 11; 6 great-grandchildren; brother Ron (Betty) Wolfe. Walter was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Bonnie, Maxine, Jessie and Crystal.

Friends may call Friday, September 14th from 3 to 5 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-East Lawn Chapel, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta. Military rites will be at 5 p.m. Online tributes may be made at www.
